Licensed to practice in Colorado, Texas, and Washington
Ashlynn McCarthy is originally from rural Mississippi, where she has come, gone, and roamed all around from. She has a diverse background in both retail and education prior to entering the legal field.
While living in Colorado, she served as the Head of School for a private international school specializing in the International Baccalaureate Program and taught ESL to international middle school students. In 2015, Ms. McCarthy opened a self-named solo practice which later transitioned into Riveter Law, LLC and specialized in consumer debt cases.

Ms. McCarthy has worked with the most frequently used plaintiff debt-litigation firms in Colorado, Texas, and Washington, and is familiar the possible resolutions and solutions that will assist debtor clients with creating a brighter financial future.
